Terms of Service

Effective and last updated: October 12, 2026

Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Pagerising LTD, a company registered in Israel (“Pagerising,” “we,” “us”). By accessing or using pagerising.com and its pages, or by booking a call with us (together, the “Site”), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

If you use the Site on behalf of a practice or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.

Our website and services

Pagerising provides patient acquisition services to board-certified plastic surgeons. These services include advertising, landing pages, scheduling of prepaid consultations and patient communications. The Site describes those services and lets you check availability in your market and book a call with us.

Using the Site or booking a call does not by itself create a client relationship. Client engagements are governed by a separate written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement prevails for the services it covers. Market availability, pricing and service details shown on the Site are for information only and may change. They do not form an offer until set out in a signed agreement.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, and able to enter into a binding contract, to use the Site. The Site is intended for business use by medical practices and their staff.

Results and testimonials

Case studies, figures and testimonials on the Site describe the experiences of particular clients. They are not a promise or guarantee of similar results. Results depend on many factors, including market, pricing, offer, ad budget, reputation, and how quickly and effectively a practice follows up with patients. Individual results vary. We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, consultations, patients or revenue unless a signed agreement expressly says so.

Communications and SMS

When you give us your email address or phone number, for example by booking a call, you agree that we may contact you at that address or number about your booking, enquiry or account. That includes contact by email, phone call and text message.

Where you have given separate consent, we may also send you marketing messages, including by automated means. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop text messages, or HELP for help. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle mobile information. We do not share it with third parties for their marketing purposes.

You agree to give us only phone numbers and email addresses that belong to you or that you are authorised to use, and to tell us if your number changes.

Booking calls

Calls booked through the Site are subject to availability. We may ask you to confirm your call, and we may release slots that are not confirmed. We may decline, reschedule or cancel a booking at our discretion, including where a market is no longer available or the booking does not appear to come from a medical practice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Site in violation of any law, or to infringe anyone’s rights;
  • submit false, misleading or third-party information, or book calls you do not intend to attend;
  • scrape, crawl, harvest or collect data or contact details from the Site by automated means;
  • interfere with, disrupt or try to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems, or introduce malicious code;
  • copy, reproduce or imitate the Site, its content or our funnels and materials to build a competing product or service.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, design, graphics, videos, logos and the Pagerising name, are owned by Pagerising or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view the Site for your own internal business purposes. All other rights are reserved.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.

Third-party services

The Site includes services and links provided by third parties, such as our booking calendar, video player and social media. Those parties’ own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of their services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pagerising disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pagerising and its officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Site is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and (b) one hundred US dollars (US$100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, these limits apply only to the extent the law permits. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. If you are a client, the liability terms in your client agreement govern the services it covers.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pagerising, its officers, employees and agents from any claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The competent courts in Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Site, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief in any competent court, or deprives you of mandatory protections under the law of the place where you live.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “last updated” date above. Changes take effect when posted. If you continue to use the Site after that, you accept the updated Terms.

General

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any signed client agreement, are the entire agreement between you and Pagerising about the Site. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent, and we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
