Who we are
Pagerising LTD (“Pagerising,” “we,” “us”) is a company registered in Israel. We help board-certified plastic surgeons attract and book prepaid patient consultations through advertising, landing pages, scheduling and patient communications.
For information collected through this website and in the course of our own business, Pagerising is the party responsible for that information (the “database owner” under Israeli law).
Scope
This policy covers pagerising.com and its pages, our scheduling and booking flows, and the emails, text messages and calls we exchange with prospective and current clients. It does not cover the websites or privacy practices of our client practices, or of third-party services we link to, which have their own policies.
This policy also does not cover information we process on behalf of our clients in the course of providing our services. That information is governed by our agreements with those clients and by their own privacy notices.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Availability check and application. The city or market you enter to check whether your area is available, and your answers to our short qualification questions.
- Booking a call. When you book a call through our scheduling tool, we collect your name, email address, phone number, practice name and any other details you choose to provide, along with the date and time of your appointment.
- Communications. The content of emails, text messages, calls and meetings you have with us, and records of your communication preferences, consents and opt-outs.
- Clients. If you become a client, business contact details, information about your practice and services, advertising account access you grant us, marketing materials you provide, and billing information.
You are not legally required to give us personal information. However, without your contact details we cannot schedule or hold a call with you.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data. IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed and the time of your visit. Our hosting provider logs these automatically.
- Analytics and advertising. We use first-party analytics and the Meta Pixel to measure visits, progress through our application, and bookings. Meta may combine this with information it already holds about you.
- Embedded video and scheduling. Our video player and booking calendar are provided by third parties, which may collect usage and device information when you interact with them.
Information from other sources
We may receive aggregated campaign reports from advertising platforms such as Meta.

- To send appointment confirmations and reminders by email and text message, and to respond to your enquiries.

Text messages (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may send you messages about your appointment (confirmations, reminders and rescheduling) and, if you have separately agreed, about our services.
- Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. You can also contact us at email address loads with JavaScript.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except the aggregators and providers that deliver the text message service.
International transfers
Pagerising is based in Israel, and our service providers store and process information in the United States and other countries, which may have different data protection laws from yours. When we transfer personal information across borders, we take the steps applicable law requires.
Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy. That means for as long as we are discussing or providing services to you, and afterwards as long as needed to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. We keep records of opt-outs so we can continue to honour them. When we no longer need information, we delete or anonymise it.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold, including encryption in transit, access controls and limiting access to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a security incident affects your information, we will notify you and the authorities as the law requires.
Your rights and choices
Under Israel’s Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, you may ask to review the personal information we hold about you. You may ask us to correct or delete information that is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or out of date, and ask us to remove you from any list we use for direct marketing. You may also complain to Israel’s Privacy Protection Authority. Depending on where you live, you may have other rights under local law.

Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. They are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
